Mother & daughters conspiracy to father’s murder

Molly Katanga’s fingerprints, in short, her DNA was found on the killer’s pistol and there is no way Molly can distance herself from being the first-degree murderer suspect. I would say her fingerprints since one has to be in position/contact with someone’s DNA on exhibit.

After the forensics expert findings, Molly’s DNA was found on the murder weapon prompted the court to issue an “A WARRANT OF ARREST”, early this week. The investigations continue to find more solid evidence that pins the murder suspect who is at large although the other accomplish in this murder case are still in the coolers.

Finally, Molly was brought to court in a wheel chair and the court gave her a chance for meanwhile stay at the hospital where she gets treatment after accessing a healthy situation but on conditions as requested by her lawyers.

The two females arrested double as daughters to the deceased and to the murder suspects respectively and the other two male suspects who participated in the clean-up process to Katanga’s death in a bid to do away with incriminating evidence, so all the arrested await to hear their Alibi in courts.

Molly Katanga Wheeled In Court

Conspiracy Unraveled

There is a lot of conspiracy in this murder case reason being, that we have not heard of any phone call records at the scene from any of the deceased’s daughters calling any of the family members about what had happened. Normally in times like this, of an abrupt death members at the scene make several phone calls to those that are concerned or close relatives to tell the sudden death, If thorough investigations are taken from the phone records of the mother and the daughters it might show more evidence if no phone call that is on record calling any of the close relatives to the deceased therefore an act of conspiracy would stand.

In the case made so far, a bigger percentage of solid evidence that increments the murder suspect who is at the hospital, Molly Katanga, the evidence at hand is enough for a case hearing.

At Nakawa court today on 24th/01/2024, we got to understand that Molly’s lawyer requested the court to give orders for the police to vacate Molly Katanga’s premises as requested by her lawyers. But the court in response, gave instructions that still more diggings into the case and then the magistrate in his response denied their earlier request saying that police still carrying out more investigations at the scene.

The matter was adjourned, as they worked on more pieces of evidence so their matter stands, the suspect was pardoned and allowed to still get treatment from a hospital outside Luzira prison.
