Security Concerns raised by this group often include ongoing ethnic or political conflicts that extend beyond their home country. It is crucial for host countries and international organizations to prioritize the security and protection of these communities.

Support from International Organizations such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) works to ensure the safety and well-being of refugees. They can be approached for assistance and advocacy.

Mental health measures

Government Involvement; the Ugandan government needs to collaborate with international bodies and non-governmental organizations to investigate incidents and strengthen protective measures for refugees.

Mental Health and Counseling Services, refugees often experience trauma both from their country of origin and during displacement. Providing mental health and psycho-social support is crucial for their well-being.
