POVERTY MENACE; A SCARE AWAY PRESIDENT MUSEVENI’S POVERTY FIGHT BY HEAD AND FIELD OFFICERS.

Uganda’s president, Gen Yoweri museveni has severally put up poverty programs that have literally left no impact to the communities due to poor resource allocations and corrupt field officers.

Almost 70% siphoning off funds meant for poverty alleviation programs by heads of programs and field officers , Corruption in public offices hinders progress and development, as resources meant for the marginalized communities are diverted into the hands of a few corrupt individuals.

Museveni should ensure that strict measures are put in place to curb corruption and hold accountable those found guilty of engaging in corrupt practices. By addressing both poverty and corruption, the government can effectively work towards creating a more equitable and prosperous society for all Ugandans.

Uganda’s daily bread, (corruption), This statement implies that poverty persists not due to a lack of resources or capability to provide for the poor, but because of the excessive consumption and greed of the rich. It suggests that if the wealthy were willing to share their resources and wealth more equitably, poverty could be alleviated.

In essence, it highlights the idea that poverty is more about unequal distribution of resources rather than the actual lack of resources. It suggests that the problem lies in the unequal allocation of wealth and resources, where the rich have more than they need while the poor struggle to meet their basic needs.

Overall, Corruption as the word underscores the importance of addressing the root causes of poverty, which often involves addressing issues of wealth inequality and redistribution of resources by patriotic field officer.

President Museveni introduced a new team, office of the National chairman for (NRM) , and the steady leadership of Hajjat Hadija Namyalo whose efforts are entirely on tracking down the unemployment through out the country by adding support and empowering small existing businesses in the country.

As we continue to monitor the situation of total poverty, and the growing youth unemployment in the country .The government has not fully put in place industrialization study through vocational schools that can employ a large number of youth.

If these levels of poverty are not steadily dealt with, the country is sitted on a time bomb for both the regime and the region as a whole.

This suggests the presence of steal welding youth in almost every town and city, boda boda cyclists grabbing lady hand bags even in broad day light,house breakages and the like are yet to continue.
