To Hell with Hustlers: Daniella Atim Chose Guardian Angel’s Wealth Over Jose Chameleon

The Bulletin Media website divulges for the very first time ever how Uganda’s top afrobeat singer, Jose Chameleon’s wife, Daniella Atim dropped him and moved to the US in preference for his Italian godfather, Fr John Scalabrins’ wealth.

We have been reliably informed about how Fr Scalabrins decreed while on his death bed at St Francis Hospital Nsambya that Daniella should never ever inherit anything out of his wealth save when she had parted ways with her children’s dad, Jose Chameleon real name Joseph Mayanja. Despite the fact that Fr Scalabrin is the one who wedded Chameleon and Daniella, we have gathered that he did that in order not to annoy and break the heart of Daniella, but the fact of the matter is that he never from the word go reportedly regarded Chameleon highly, looking at him as a spoilt brat.

This website discloses in the same vein how the beautiful and high-end residence Daniella and her children stays in currently in the US is part of the massive wealthy Fr Scalabrin left behind for her to enjoy but without Chameleon anywhere near her bed and as her husband. We understand that a veteran lawyer who went on to serve as a judge of the Court of Appeal before going into retirement after clocking the mandatory retirement age of seventy years is the one Fr Scalabrin hired to draft his last Will, banning Chameleon from being part of his expansive estate save for the children the singer sired with Daniella. 

This deeply religious Catholic veteran lawyer belonging to the DP party hails from Masaka in the Southern Western region of Uganda. This fine gentleman practiced law with Karooli Ssemogerere’s father’s young brother for many years, before Mzee Yoweri Museveni tapped into his mastery of the law and vast wealth of experience, appointing him to the bench where he stagnated at the level of the Court of Appeal till his retirement as a result of his independence of mind and association with the opposition Democratic Party.

The new development about Fr Scalabrin’s order against Chameleon suggests that one, Daniella didn’t move to the US because Chameleon wanted it just as the singer himself wants you and I to believe, but since her late wealthy godfather decreed so and, because she didn’t want to get stuck with Chameleon and then miss out on enjoying her vast inheritance. Two, it seems like it’s not true that Chameleon himself purchased the residence Daniella and her children stay in the US but what seems to be true is that the mother obtained that home as part of her inheritance and courtesy of Fr Scalabrin.

Matrimonial Speculations

Three, despite the fact that Chameleon still makes it look like he is still Daniella’s partner it looks like a well-calculated plot intended to fool the world.  What seems to be true is that Daniella dropped Chameleon in preference for wealth left to her by her foster parent. Otherwise, why would Daniella leave her well-known matrimonial home in Seguku plus her husband, and move to the US where she is not known to be either studying or working? This looks like it’s similar to what transpired in the case of Mzee John Sebaana Kizito and Christine who left for the UK, leaving poor Sebaana alone and lonely in a house in Kansanga.

Well, the biggest consolation for our man, brother, and legendary soul doctor, Chameleon is that no matter that he himself is not supposed to inherit his In-law’s mouth-watering wealth, his children are free to enjoy it and the departed priest even left his grandchildren some of his wealth recorded in his Will.
