Kyabazinga, Inebantu Wedding: Wiseacre Male Mabirizi Poised to Lose Case Against NewlyWeds, Kaziimba, Nabagereka, Muvawala
Mzee Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa has directed the Director of Public Prosecution[DPP], Jane Frances Abodo to cast to the dustbin attention seeker, Male Mabirizi’s criminal case, accusing Kyabazinga William Gabula Nadiope of purportedly taking on a second wife, Jovia Mutesi.
The party spoiler further faults Busoga kingdom’s Prime Minister, Dr. Joseph Muvawala for purportedly encouraging His Royal Highness Gabula Nadiope to purportedly commit bigamy, Nabagereka Sylvia Nagginda Luswata for signing the relevant marriage certificate as a witnessand Anglican Archbishop, Edward Mugalu Kaziimba for permitting the church to perform the nuptials.
Regal Scandal
Litigious Male Mabirizi opened up the criminal case after a woman referred to as Anna Alison stepped out, claiming Kyabazinga Nadiope as her husband. The combative and calamitous woman purports to have sired two children with Kyabazinga Gabula Nadiope. She uses the children as proof of their purported relationship. Anna Alison further claims that she has spent more than two billion shillings to maintain Nadiope, purportedly including paying his barber to cut his hair and also meeting his bill for gym exercises. She demands a refund from Nadiope.
Presidential Interference and Legal Maneuvers
Museveni personally ordered the detention of that woman and her lawyer when she jetted in, vowing to disorganize the holding of the royal nuptials, stopping the royal wedding from materializing, claiming His Highness Kyabazinga Gabula Nadiope as her own marriage partner. Her lawyer was too locked up as he tried to go and serve the Kyabazinga and the rest of the defendants with copies of Allison’s intended lawsuit. Reverting to killjoy Male Mabirizi, following the president’s orders, DPP Jane Frances Abodo has since called for the criminal case in relation to the wedding with the view of stopping the prosecution of Kyabazinga and Inebantu Jovia Mutesi plus the rest of the high ranking personalities Mabirizi seeks to privately prosecute.
Insider sources both at the State House and the DPP offices have confirmed to us the president’s directives to have the case terminated. “The big man feels Mabirizi is just an excited idle young man hankering for public attention out of the need to cure idleness,” a source close to the president dramatically stated. Busoga kingdom’s Attorney General, Kasozi Luganda told the Bulletin Media website that what Mabirizi wants is to paint His Highness Kyabazinga Nadiope and Inebantu Jovia Mutesi and
others he claims to be aggrieved about but under the pretense of fighting crime.
Royal Reputations at Stake
Luganda says his office has since Allison stepped forward with her shocking claims, carried out investigations in London to establish the status of her and Kyabazinga’s purported previous marriage, establishing nothing at all materially useful in this respect. He adds that Allison’s lawyers of Mugerwa and Partners were also approached for evidence thereof but that apart from making sweeping statements about how their client is officially married to Nadiope, they totally failed to produce any. We understand that Luganda in his capacity as the Attorney General of Busoga kingdom is toying with the idea of whether to sue or not those making defamatory claims against the king and his wife in order to protect their reputation.
However, we have gathered that the King himself doesn’t share Luganda’s view, choosing to issue a contempt card to his opponent rather than fighting him and then being seen by right-thinking members of society as crediting their empty and defamatory claims. All in all, we have reported exclusively that Male Mabirizi is poised to lose his case in relation to the Royal wedding in Busoga and we absolutely have no doubt whatsoever that we have reported is going to come to pass. Mark our words.
